Over the last few years, with ISO 9001:2000 certification,
backed up by HACCP, we have chosen to be more demanding and
offer you even greater security - we will therefore be obtaining
IFS certification in the first half of 2009.
Our health certification authorises us to manufacture preparations
containing ingredients of animal origin (meat, fish, milk, eggs,
etc …).
20 years' experience in the manufacturing of bacteriologically
highly sensitive products, as well as a sophisticated system
of monitoring washing and production parameters, guarantee you
safe products, in particular thanks to our control of the allergen
risk, whatever the ingredients used.
Our productions team's skills are consolidated by frequent training
on the latest developments in technology, regulations and the
expectations of our customers. This is part of our process of
continuously improving our food safety management system.
Our production is organised to respect the environment; the
system is inspired by the recommendations of the ISO14001 standard.
We conduct precise monitoring of our waste in order to promote
recycling and reuse.
This is completed by the treatment of our waste water by our
own water treatment station
